AXIOM EDUCATION CENTRE PTE LTD — TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General

1.1 Axiom Education Centre Pte Ltd (the “Academy”) reserves the right to cancel tuition sessions when necessary. In such cases, a full or pro-rated refund will be issued for any fees paid.

1.2 The Academy accepts no liability for any personal property loss or personal injury sustained on the premises.

1.3 The Academy reserves the right to dismiss any student from the tuition programme immediately if he/she misbehaves or causes severe disturbance to other students or staff. A letter of warning may or may not be issued depending on the severity of the misconduct.

1.4 Parents or guardians shall be liable for any damage caused by the student to the premises where classes are held.

2. Payment of Fees

2.1 Invoices are generated and sent one week before the start of each month.

2.2 Payment must be made via PayNow (preferred) or bank transfer.

2.3 For PayNow payments, simply scan the QR code provided in each unique invoice.

3. Late Fees

3.1 Fees must be paid within 15 days of the invoice date.

3.2 Unpaid fees beyond this period will incur a $50 administrative fee per month per subject.

3.3 Students with unpaid fees exceeding 30 days without a valid reason will be suspended from lessons.

4. Conduct of Lessons / Student Attendance

4.1 Students are expected to attend all scheduled lessons.

5. Tutor Absence

5.1 In the event a tutor is absent, a relief tutor will take over the class. Alternatively, the tutor may conduct the lesson online or arrange a replacement lesson.

5.2 No refunds or prorated fees will be provided for such adjustments.

6. Student Absence from Regular Slot

Option 1: Change to Another Slot

6.1 If a student cannot attend their usual class, they may switch to another available slot within the same week, subject to availability.
6.2 Please inform us as soon as possible so we can check for available slots and make the necessary arrangements.

Option 2: Recorded Lessons

6.3 If rescheduling is not possible, a recording of the lesson will be provided upon request.
6.4 Students must inform us in advance if they require this option to ensure timely delivery.
6.5 After watching the recorded lesson, students may schedule a 30-minute one-on-one consultation with the tutor (specific to the recorded lesson) in the following week for clarification.

7. Withdrawal and Dropping of Subjects

7.1 Any decision to withdraw from the Academy or drop any subject must be accompanied by a completed Withdrawal Form, submitted 1 week  before the start of a new month. This form can be requested from the Academy.

7.2 Students are required to attend all remaining lessons that have been paid for, even after submitting the withdrawal form.

8. Consent & Data Protection

8.1 By registering, you agree that Axiom Education may collect, use, and disclose your personal data as provided in the registration form for the following purposes, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and our data protection policy:

• Processing your registration
• Administering your enrollment
• Using photographs taken during events or classes for promotional, advertising, or other related purposes

9. Acceptance of Terms

9.1 By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the above Terms & Conditions.
